Scanner Exercise 3

Write a program that simulates a very basic point of sale (POS)
system:

Ask the user for the name of the item they want to buy, the 
price of the item, and the quantity they want to buy. 
Calculate the sub total, HST (13%) amount to pay, and the 
final total. 
Display a bill in a user-friendly and professional way.
